SECTION 9-5002. CONDITIONAL USES. The following conditional <br />uses shall be permitted subject to securing a Use Permit in each <br />case: <br />(a) Golf courses and customary accessory uses when proposed as <br />part of a planned unit development; <br />(b) Public stables; <br />(c) Kennels (in RR -200 zone only); <br />(d) Small animals or fowl for family food production <br />exceeding the number permitted by the RR zone in which <br />the property is located; <br />(e) Churches, including customary accessory uses such as <br />social and recreation facilities, instruction of an <br />exclusively religious nature, administration and <br />minister's residence; <br />(f) Gas and/or oil wells. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 2335, 2450, 2939, 2972, 3125. <br />SECTION 9-5003. ACCESSORY USES. The following accessory <br />uses are permitted when incidental to a residential use: <br />twt(vt (11) <br />(a) Child care nurseries not to exceeds children; <br />(b) Private garage; <br />(c) Pumps and pumphouses for domestic use; <br />(d) Private swimming pools and pool equipment; <br />(e) Private storage buildings, greenhouses, barns, stables, <br />pens or coops; <br />(f) The raising and grazing of horses, cattle, hogs, sheep, <br />or goats in conformity with the provisions of Section <br />9-5011 except that no hogs or pigs shall be permitted in <br />the RR -65 zone; <br />(g) Small animals and fowl for family food production subject <br />to the following provisions: <br />(1) In the RR -65 zone no combination exceeding fifteen <br />(15) small animals or fowl shall be permitted on the <br />lot at any one time, <br />(2) In the RR -100 zone no combination exceeding fifty <br />(50) small animals or fowl shall be permitted on the <br />lot at any one time, <br />(3) In the RR -200 zone no combination exceeding one <br />hundred (100) small animals or fowl shall be per- <br />mitted on the lot at any one time, <br />(4) Such animals and fowl shall be penned or otherwise <br />5.2 <br />13.2-14 <br />(Revised 11/5/86) <br />
