SECTION 9-5002. CONDITIONAL USES. The following conditional uses shall be permitted subject to securing a Use Permit in each case: (a) Golf courses and customary accessory uses when proposed as part of a planned unit development; (b) Public stables; (c) Kennels (in RR -200 zone only); (d) Small animals or fowl for family food production exceeding the number permitted by the RR zone in which the property is located; (e) Churches, including customary accessory uses such as social and recreation facilities, instruction of an exclusively religious nature, administration and minister's residence; (f) Gas and/or oil wells. The following accessory uses are permitted when incidental to a residential use: twt(vt (11) (a) Child care nurseries not to exceeds children; (b) Private garage; (c) Pumps and pumphouses for domestic use; (d) Private swimming pools and pool equipment; (e) Private storage buildings, greenhouses, barns, stables, pens or coops; (f) The raising and grazing of horses, cattle, hogs, sheep, or goats in conformity with the provisions of Section 9-5011 except that no hogs or pigs shall be permitted in the RR -65 zone; (g) Small animals and fowl for family food production subject to the following provisions: (1) In the RR -65 zone no combination exceeding fifteen (15) small animals or fowl shall be permitted on the lot at any one time, (2) In the RR -100 zone no combination exceeding fifty (50) small animals or fowl shall be permitted on the lot at any one time, (3) In the RR -200 zone no combination exceeding one hundred (100) small animals or fowl shall be per- mitted on the lot at any one time, (4) Such animals and fowl shall be penned or otherwise 5.2 13.2-14 (Revised 11/5/86)
