GENERAL PROVISIONS. <br />(a) The required front yard and side yard setback areas in <br />rural residential zones shall not be used for the storage <br />of any vehicles, equipment, other miscellaneous mobile <br />equipment, building materials, or similar items. In the <br />RR -65 zone, such vehicles, equipment, materials or simi- <br />lar items shall be screened from view from the public <br />right-of-way and the front half of adjoining lots by a <br />solid board fence not less than six (6) feet in height <br />when stored on any other portion of the lot. <br />(b) No accessory buildings with an area in excess of eight <br />hundred and sixty-four (864) square feet may be <br />constructed on preexisting lots legally created with an <br />area of less than one (1) acre unless a Use Permit is <br />first approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment. <br />5.5 (Revised 11/5/86) <br />13.2-17 <br />
