(c) The following guidelines shall be used when determining <br />the location of the RR -200 zone: <br />(1) When determined by the San Joaquin County Local <br />Health District one hundred thousand (100,000) square <br />feet is an insufficient area to support an individual <br />well and septic system; <br />(2) When determined by the San Joaquin County Public <br />Works Department and Planning Division that physical <br />conditions such as topography, geology, drainage and <br />flooding prevent the creation of proper building <br />sites on parcels of less than two hundred thousand <br />(200,000) square feet; <br />(3) The predominant size of existing parcels in the area <br />is in excess of two hundred thousand (200,000) square <br />feet, and the configuration of existing parcels does <br />not lend itself readily to resubdivision into lots <br />with an area of sixty-five thousand (65,000) square <br />feet or one hundred thousand (100,000) square feet. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 2335, 2450, 3125. <br />5.6 <br />13.2-18 <br />(Rev. 9/84) <br />
