The proposed project is a General Plan Amendment <br />to change the Land Use/Circulation Element map from Agriculture J <br />to Rural Residential. <br />The Draft EIR review period is June 8 through July 22, 1987. A <br />public hearing on the Draft EIR will be held before the San Joaquin <br />County Planning Commission on July 16, 1987. <br />In your comments, please identify supporting facts and any other <br />evidence of record. If you do not need to keep the Draft EIR <br />for your records, please return it to the Planning Division.
