Edwards), Parcel No. <br />237-540-08 <br />Dear Sirs: <br />This is to notify you that on May 28, 1986, the Planning <br />Division reviewed your application. The following comments <br />were made: <br />LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT: <br />A public water system is needed. Individual septic <br />tank system will require a percolation test on every <br />third lot. <br />PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT: <br />. More than one access point should be provided. <br />. Cul de sacs are limited to 600' in length. <br />Since the area to the south is in same ownership, the <br />total area should be looked at for an overall <br />circulation system. <br />Irrigation district will not accept runoff into <br />canal. Terminal drainage is preferred, but, may <br />accept a pond system. The proposal must show method <br />of maintenance pond. <br />PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC: <br />PG&E requests that 10 -foot wide public utility <br />easements be dedicated on all street frontages <br />within the subdivision on the filed map. <br />TRACY PUBLIC SCHOOLS: <br />Further residential development in the Tracy School <br />District boundaries will continue to impact school <br />facilities development, and must therefore be <br />accompanied either by execution of agreement to pay <br />school facility fees, or payment of a school bedroom <br />tax. <br />
