BANTA CARBONA IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br />A chain link fence shall be installed according to <br />District specifications between the subdivisions and <br />the irrigation canal property owned by Banta Carbona <br />Irrigation District. It will be the District's <br />request that the fence be installed prior to the <br />commencement of any earth work or building, to reduce <br />the encroachment on to District property, of people, <br />vehicles and equipment working on the development. <br />USDA SOIL CONSERVATION SERVICE: <br />.
