BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />R-87-950 (AMENDED) <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF WILLIAM D. EDWARDS AND APPROVING <br />MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. SU -86-12 OF THE TRAINA BROTHERS (C/O <br />WILLIAM D. EDWARDS), SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS AND FINDINGS AS PRESENTED <br />IN THE LETTER FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DATED OCTOBER 20, <br />1987 AND THE LETTER FROM THE PLANNING DIVISION, DATED OCTOBER 20, <br />1987, AS SHOWN IN THE ATTACHED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. <br />WHEREAS, on September 10, 1987, the San Joaquin County Planning <br />Commission conditionally approved SU -86-12; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 20, 1987, this Board of Supervisors did con- <br />duct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was <br />given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having <br />been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of <br />Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that <br />the appeal of William D. Edwards be, and it hereby is, denied and <br />Major Subdivision Application No. SU -86-12 is approved subject to the <br />Conditions and Findings as shown in the attachment. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1987, by, the <br />following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br />AYES: WILHOIT, COSTA, SOUSA, CARTER, BARBER <br />NOES: NONE <br />ABSENT: NONE <br />ATTEST: JORETTA J.
