f. The developer may install individual private wells for each <br />lot on an interim basis in accordance with Local Health <br />District requirements. <br />(1) Individual private wells, if developed for each lot on <br />an interim basis, shall be constructed in accordance <br />with Local Health District requirements as follows: <br />(a) A test well shall be drilled within the project <br />area (ZR-87-34/SU-86-12) to determine the water <br />quality and availability (volume) before the Final <br />Map is approved. The test procedures will require <br />the following: <br />i. Water from the available aquifer shall be <br />tested by a state approved laboratory for che- <br />mical and radiological constituents specified <br />by the Health District. <br />ii. Water analysis results shall be submitted to <br />the Health District for review and approval. <br />(b) Individual wells shall be installed according to <br />the Health District requirements and contain a mini- <br />mum of 100 feet grout seal consisting of Neat <br />Cement. All construction shall be under required <br />permits, well logs and Health District inspection. <br />(c) Dry potable water supply lines shall be installed <br />to San Joaquin County Public Works Standards, and <br />stubbed out for each lot prior to development. <br />(d) Potable public water (County Service Area) shall be <br />required for all new residential lots within the <br />boundaries of GP -88-13 and the Traina Brothers' <br />Subdivision (SU -86-12), but excluding lots of <br />record that existed prior to the approval of the <br />Traina Brothers' Tentative Subdivision Map, if any <br />of the following conditions exist: <br />i. The residential developments within the boun- <br />daries of GP -88-13, including the Traina <br />Brothers' Subdivision (SU -86-12), but <br />excluding lots of record that existed prior to <br />the approval of the Traina Brothers' Tentative <br />Subdivision Map, reaches 50 lots. <br />WN <br />ii. Environmental Protection Agency, CA Regional <br />Quality Control Board, CA Department of Health <br />Services, or the Health District, determines <br />SU -86-12 -4- Resolution #87-950 <br />
