3. 4. that the potable ground water is impacted with chemicals or radiological constituents that exceed the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of Title 22 CAC, or the Recommended Action Levels (RAL) as designated by the State. iii. Test well results, as reviewed by the Health District, indicate that water does not meet water quality standards. (e) Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (C.C.&R.) shall be established and recorded to inform pro- perty owners that individual wells were approved on an interim basis only and that property owners will have to connect to the public water system when it becomes available. g. . The developer shall initiate the formation of a County Service Area to be approved by the Local Agency Formation Commission prior to the approval of the Final Map, which shall become operative when the public water system is in place. Local Health District: a. A percolation test shall be run on each lot, and upon appro- val, the required sewage disposal area shall be shown on the final improvement plans. A permit must be obtained from the Health District for the percolation tests. b. A soil profile boring to a depth of 10 feet is to be done on every third lot when the percolation tests are run. Building Inspection Division: a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth material. b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). C. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements." SU -86-12 -5- Resolution #87-950
