3. <br />4. <br />that the potable ground water is impacted with <br />chemicals or radiological constituents that <br />exceed the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of <br />Title 22 CAC, or the Recommended Action <br />Levels (RAL) as designated by the State. <br />iii. Test well results, as reviewed by the Health <br />District, indicate that water does not meet <br />water quality standards. <br />(e) Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (C.C.&R.) <br />shall be established and recorded to inform pro- <br />perty owners that individual wells were approved on <br />an interim basis only and that property owners will <br />have to connect to the public water system when it <br />becomes available. <br />g. . The developer shall initiate the formation of a County <br />Service Area to be approved by the Local Agency Formation <br />Commission prior to the approval of the Final Map, which shall <br />become operative when the public water system is in place. <br />Local Health District: <br />a. A percolation test shall be run on each lot, and upon appro- <br />val, the required sewage disposal area shall be shown on the <br />final improvement plans. A permit must be obtained from the <br />Health District for the percolation tests. <br />b. A soil profile boring to a depth of 10 feet is to be done on <br />every third lot when the percolation tests are run. <br />Building Inspection Division: <br />a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it <br />shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building <br />Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or <br />filling of earth material. <br />b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the <br />U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br />C. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and <br />elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details <br />shall be submitted where applicable. <br />d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall <br />comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br />Requirements." <br />SU -86-12 -5- Resolution #87-950 <br />
