i <br />• BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />D_P7_QS1 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF SIGNIFICANT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS AND <br />A STATEMENT OF OVERRIDING CONSIDERATIONS FOR THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL <br />IMPACT REPORT NO. ER -86-3, OF THE TRAINA BROTHERS (C/O WILLIAM D. <br />EDWARDS), AS SHOWN ON ATTACHMENTS A AND B. <br />WHEREAS, on October 20, 1987, this Board of Supervisors did con- <br />duct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was <br />given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having <br />been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of <br />Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that <br />this Board of Supervisors adopts Findings of Significant Impacts and a <br />Statement of Overriding considerations, as shown on Attachments A and <br />B. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1987, by the <br />following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br />AYES: WILHOIT, COSTA, SOUSA, CARTER, BARBER <br />NOES: NONE <br />ABSENT: NONE <br />ATTEST: JORETTA J.
