OI�NIG tiIEC_FANISM_ FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />OF A_ PUBLIC COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEM, AND (2) DEVELOP A_ CONSULTANT AGREFMENr <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF D=Riim ING WHETHER A_ PRIVATE OR A PUBLIC STORM DRAINAGE <br />DISPOSAL SYSTEM IS THE APPROPRIATE M7MOD TO PROVIDE DRAINAGE <br />THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS izereby deny the appeal of the conditions of <br />aperoval for Major Subdivision Application No. SU -86-12 (Apricot Acres) and <br />modify the conditions of approval as follows: <br />1. The Developer shall enter into an Agreement with San Joaquin County to pay <br />fees for the construction or a public community water system. (The details <br />or the Agreement shall be in accordance with the attached Exhibit "A".) <br />2. The Developer shall install "dry" water lines within the limits of the sub- <br />division Which will conform to the proposed Ma.3ter Plan. (The rem.iire ents <br />of r -he "dry" waver lines are detailed in the attached Fxhibit "A".) <br />3. The Developer may install individual private wells for each lot on an <br />interim basis in accordance with Local Health District requirements. (The <br />reGuireinents are detailed in the attached Exhibit "A".) <br />4. The Developer shall initiate the formation of a County Service Area, to be <br />approved by the Local Agency Formation Commission prior to the approval <br />of the Final Map, which shall become operative when the public crater system <br />is in place. <br />
