S. The Developer shall provide for storm drainage in accordance with Board of <br />Supervisors' Resolution No. 76-4201 which allows for the use of on-site <br />storm drainage retention basins on each lot. <br />FURTHER, the Board of Supervisors directs that the Department of Public <br />Works shall: <br />1. Develop a Master Plan and funding mechanism for the construction of a public <br />community water system. <br />2.
