SU-86-12 OF TRAINA BROTHERS (C/O <br /> WILLIAM EDWARDS ) (DISTRICT 5 ) <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br /> That the Board of Supervisors deny the appeal and uphold the <br /> Planning Commission ' s action on Major Subdivision SU-86-12 . <br /> REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. SU-86-12 was heard by the <br /> Planning Commission at a special meeting on September 10 , <br /> 1987 . Five persons spoke in favor of the application. No one <br /> spoke in opposition. After considering all written and oral <br /> testimony, the Planning Commission approved SU-86-12 with <br /> amended conditions of approval. <br /> On September 14, 1987, William D. Edwards, applicant, filed an <br /> appeal of the Planning Commission decision in which he <br /> appealed six conditions of approval. These six conditions <br /> relate to: aircraft noise potential (Condition No. l .a. ) ; <br /> subdivider indemnity (Condition No. l. d. ) ; master circulation <br /> plan (Condition No. 2. b. ) ; storm drainage (Condition No. <br /> 2 .c. ) ; public water (Condition No. 2. d. ) ; and test well <br /> (Condition No. 3.c. ) . <br /> Basis of the Appeal and Response to Appeal Items: <br /> 1. Condition No. l.a. The Public Report filed with the State <br /> Department of Real Estate shall indicate the current and <br /> possible increased activity at the Tracy Municipal Airport <br /> and the related noise potential from aircraft in the pro- <br /> ject area. <br /> Basis of Appeal: The Tracy Airport is one and a half <br /> miles west of the subdivision.
