PC : 9-10-67 <br /> ZR-67-34/SU-66-12 <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission : <br /> 1 . Recommend that the Board of Supervisors certify Environmental <br /> Impact Report No . ER-86-3 with Findings of Significant <br /> Environmental Impacts and a Statement of Overriding <br /> Considerations . <br /> 2 . Recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve Zone <br /> Reclassification No . ZR-87-34 , based upon the "Bases for Zone <br /> Reclassification Action" in the staff report ; <br /> 3 . Certify Environmental Impact Report No . ER-86-3 with a <br /> Finding of Significant Environmental Impacts (Attachment A) <br /> and a Statement of Overriding Considerations (Attachment B) . <br /> 4 . Approve Major Subdivision No. SU-86-12 , based upon the <br /> "Findings for Major Subdivision Action, " subject to the <br /> "Conditions of Approval" in the staff report , and subject to <br /> the approval of Zone Reclassification No. ZR-67-34 by the <br /> Board of Supervisors. <br /> BASES FOR ZONE RECLASSIFICATION ACTION <br /> 1 . "The proposed zone district is consistent with the General <br /> Plan. " <br /> This statement is found to be true . The RR-65 zone is con- <br /> sistent with the site ' s General Plan designation. of Rural <br /> Residential . The RR-65 zone is compatible with applicable <br /> Rural Residential General Pian policies . <br /> 2 . "The site of the proposed zone district is suitable for any <br /> of the land uses permitted within the proposed zone <br /> district . " <br /> This statement is found to be true . The site is suitable <br /> for single-family residential uses and FLR-65 lot sizes <br /> because sew-ace disposal, water supply, and stcrm drainage <br /> facilities are feasible . <br /> 3 . "The proposed zone district is reasonable and beneficial at <br /> this time. " <br /> This statement is found to be true .
