Item No. 5 <br /> PC : 12-3-81 <br /> 5-82-4 <br /> Page 5 <br /> 5. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section 9-1507 of <br /> Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 6. The Final Map shall note and clearly delineate any area subject <br /> to an Intermediate Regional Flood (100 year flood) or other <br /> flood hazard. All development within the subdivision shall con- <br /> form to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Floodplain, <br /> Combining Zones (Title 9, Division 8, Chapter 1, San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance Code) . <br /> 7. This map is approved for eighteen (18) months. <br /> RECOMMENDATION AND FINDINGS <br /> - Ratify the Negative Declaration. <br /> - Recommend to the Board of Supervisors that the project be approved <br /> subject to conditions as recommended by the Development Committee with <br /> the finding that it will conform with the General Plan. <br />
