The existing public water supply must be under a public water <br />system permit and inspection of the Health District, <br />2. The existing irrigation well must be properly sealed at pump <br />base or properly destroyed under permit and inspection of the <br />Health District. <br />The following (3 through 10) shall be noted on the final map: <br />3. There shall be no cross -connection between the irrigation <br />well and the public water supply unless an approved reduced <br />pressure device is provided. <br />4. A new public well must be provided for back-up purposes <br />before a restaurant and/or motel is built. <br />Sewage system of Unit #1: <br />5. Septic tanks are to be installed and sized for each proposed <br />business. <br />6. A common filter bed is to be installed for the efficient <br />discharge from the septic tanks. The bottom of the filter <br />bed must be a minimum of five (5) feet above the static water <br />level. <br />7. A 100 percent replacement area is required to be set aside <br />for filter bed expansion. <br />8. The filter bed area replacement area and commercial develop- <br />ment is to remain under the same ownership until public <br />sewage facilities are developed for Units 1 and 2. An ease- <br />ment may be required. <br />9. Development of a restaurant and/or motel will be subject to <br />the development of public sewerage for Units 1 and 2. <br />Sewage system of Unit #2: <br />10. The proposed installation of a package sewage treatment plant <br />must be approved by the Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />and the San Joaquin Local Health District. <br />: • e <br />
