The applicant shall receive appropriate permits/permission from CalTrans for the proposed access of Pommel Lane onto Highway 12. 2. A landscaping plan shall be submitted for approval by the Director of Planning. 3. All structures used for public assembly, restaurants, motels, and hotels or other type of residential occupancy shall be protected with automatic fire sprinkler systems. Fire pro- tection is to be provided by a public agency subject to approval of the type and method by the Board of Supervisors prior to approval of the Final Map. 4. This map is approved for three years (to expire on December 6, 1984). 5. A preliminary soils report shall be submitted. Public Works Department: 1. Construct frontage improvements along Thornton Road (100' right-of-way), including pavement and P.C.C. curb, gutter, and sidewalk in accordance with Sections 9-9301, 9-9309, and 9-9352 of the Ordinance Code, and Public Works Standard No. B-2 for an 84' right-of-way street. 2. Construct full frontage improvements along De Broggi Road (100' and 80 rights-of-way), including 60' pavement and P.C.C. curb, gutter, and sidewalk on the subdivided side, in accor- dance with Section 9-9301 and 9-9352 of the Ordinance Code, and Public Works Standard No. B-2 for an 84' right-of-way street. Dedicate a 2' right-of-way on the subdivided side to obtain the minimum half -width standard of 42'. 3. Construct full street improvements for Pommel Lane, including a 60' pavement and P.C.C. curbs, gutters, and sidewalks in accordance with Sections 9-9301 and 9-9352 of the Ordinance Code, and Public Works Standard No. B-2 for an 84' right-of- way street. The right-of-way for Pommel Lane should be 841, and the minimum centerline radius should be 1000' per
