Following and attached is the information <br /> requested: <br /> 1. Pledge of Revenue Agreement: Please find a copy of that document attached. <br /> 2. The total permitted capacity of the North County Landfill is 16.2 million cubic yards (Per <br /> Waste Discharge Requirement R5-2002-0219). <br /> 3. The capacity consumed from June 23,2002(60 days prior to August 22, 2002)to <br /> June 23, 2003 (60 days prior to August 22,2003)is 55.559 cubic yards(114,911 tons <br /> @ 967 lb/cy). <br /> 4. Capacity consumed since August 18, 1989 to June 23,2003(60 days prior to <br /> August 22, 2003)is approximately 588.000 cubic yards(1.47 million tons at <br /> approximately 850 lb/cy). <br /> 5. The total remaining cost estimate to be funded as of August 22,2003 is$2,174-910. <br /> 6. The current closure and post closure maintenance fund balance is$1.084.970.45 <br /> (verification by County Auditor-Controller attached). Although this is less than the <br /> estimated cost to be funded, funds are accumulating at$0.57hon, and full funding is <br /> anticipated in 2016 (based on a disposal rate of 150,000 tons/yr.). <br />
