As requested,this proposal includes a single <br /> Project Design Report containing the core design features to be submitted for RWQCB review. <br /> This proposal includes a schedule for the project, identifying activities by the parties involved. If all goes <br /> well,the project can be completed by end of the 2006 construction season. I am sure you understand our <br /> reluctance to make a firm commitment to a 2006 completion date when so much of the critical path lies <br /> beyond the County's control. Perhaps you remember that the County originally proposed completion in <br /> 2007,a commitment we can make unequivocally. <br /> Nevertheless, we intend to complete construction as shown in the schedule.
