The report is deemed complete based on criteria set forth in Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. R5-2003-0020 and associated Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program(MRP). <br /> VOCs and methane as landfill gas continue to be detected in the soil-pore gas monitoring network. No <br /> VOCs were detected in groundwater during this sampling event. <br /> Attached is the Monitoring Report Compliance Checklist for the Foothill Sanitary Landfill.
