The purpose of the revision is <br />to accommodate waste diverted from the April <br />1995 closure of the Corral Hollow Sanitary <br />Landfill and to authorize recycling at Foothill <br />.Sanitary Landfill to divert reusable materials <br />as required by State of California mandate. <br />Date Review Period Ends: February 27, 1995 <br />Finding/Determination: The San Joaquin County Department of Public Works has reviewed <br />and considered the proposed project and has preparea and%or independently reviewea <br />and analyzed, a Proposed Negative Declaration and related Initial Study. Based on <br />project modifications, mitigation measures, and related substantial supporting evidence <br />presented in the Initial Study, it has been determined that the project will not have a <br />signi-ficant'effect on the environment. Therefore, approval of a Negative Declaration <br />is recommended for this project. A Mitigation Measures and Monitoring Plan are <br />attached, if applicable. <br />Public Review: A copy of this document and the related Initial Study may be reviewed/ <br />obtained at the above -noted Lead Agency address.
