These <br />plans were reviewed and further information was requested by EHD. FHL's response <br />to EHD concerns, including a revision of Drawing #2 was received April 5, 1995 <br />(copies forwarded to CIWMB). <br />All the above information has been reviewed and found to be satisfactory. EHD <br />approves the Preliminary Closure and Post Closure Plans for FHL. This approval <br />extends only to that which is shown and described in these plans and does not <br />authorize or approve any omission or deviation.
