Hazelton Avenue <br />Stockton, California 95201 <br />Re: Revised Permit Application for Foothill Sanitary Landfill, Waverly Rd., Linden, <br />CA, #39 -AA -004 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (EHD) has received the following <br />information from the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works regarding <br />the Foothill Sanitary Landfill (FSL) Revised Permit Application: <br />Report of Disposal Site Information (RDSI) with cover letter dated March <br />3, 1995 <br />Copy of Negative Declaration proposal for the Board of Supervisors <br />containing Mitagation Measures/Monitoring Plan, relevant agency <br />approval information, and comments and responses received during the <br />public review period (received April 6, 1995) <br />Revised Permit Application Form dated April 5, 1995 <br />The above information was submitted as part of FSL's revised permit application to <br />increase waste tonnage and implement recycling at the facility. These documents <br />have been reviewed by EHD staff and found to be lacking information necessary for <br />approval of the revised permit application. Supplemental information is necessary to <br />complete this application and following are a list of concerns that need to be <br />addressed before review may continue. <br />1.
