OPERATOR ceases operations at the sanitary landfill <br /> site. <br /> S . OPERATOR shall provide for all ins urance, <br /> maintenance and repair and (in the event of loss or <br /> damage) replacement of the equipment which is the <br /> subject of this amendment to the Agreement and shall <br /> supply all parts, fuel, filters and other operating <br /> necessities' for such equipment. Rehabilitation due to <br /> normal operation such as . rebuilding or replacing <br /> unde:i7carriage, tracks, rollers, caps, pins and sprock- <br /> ets shall be paid by COUNTY. <br /> 6 . Parties will execute any additional documents <br /> reasonably necessary to carry out the purpose and <br /> intent of this Agreement. <br /> 7. At all times COUNTY shall be allowed to make- <br /> inspections of the equipment which is the subject of <br /> this amendment to the Agreement. <br /> F. COUNTY is installing a scale and scale house at the Land- <br /> fill. Upon installation, OPERATOR will have its gatehouse <br /> person operate the scale and act as cashier, In the event <br /> the preient principal* of OPERATOR are no longer involved in <br /> the direct operations at the Landfill, COUNTY shall have the <br /> option to provide its own personnel to operate the scale and <br /> act as cashier. <br /> COUNTY will provide the related computer equipment and a <br /> safe.
