COUNTY will provide OPERATOR with monthly state- <br /> ments of waste and gate fees received. OPERATOR will bond <br /> its gatehouse person for FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) . <br /> G. COUNTY shall at its own expense, provide for all engineering <br /> services required in the design, operation and closure of <br /> the SITE or portions of the SITE, except for the grade <br /> control to be provided by OPERATOR. COUNTY shall develop a <br /> detailed Plan of Operation to be followed by OPERATOR in the <br /> operation of the landfill. COUNTY shall prepare all reports <br /> required by local, state and federal regulatory agencies and <br /> submit information required resulting from periodic reviews <br /> of SITE by such agencies. COUNTY shall also furnish, <br /> construct and monitor all groundwater and landfill gas <br /> monitoring devices required at SITE. <br /> H. COUNTY shall periodically, at COUNTY'S discretion, and also <br /> as required by regulatory agencies, make periodical <br /> inspectio'ns of the site to insure that the landfill is <br /> operated in accordance with appropriate regulations, <br /> permits, the Operations Plan, the Report of Disposal Site <br /> Information, the Regional Water Quality Control Board Waste <br /> Discharge Reqwire mentzt the Conditional Use Permit, and this <br /> AGR38F,M8NT.
