The following materials were received at our office <br />on September 19, 1995: <br />1. Proposed Permit, dated September 13, 1995, <br />2. Application for Revision of a Permit, dated April 6, 1995, <br />3. Revised Report of Disposal Site Information. <br />Any design or operational changes associated with these documents <br />are not santioned until incorporated into a Solid Waste <br />Facilities Permit which has been concurred in by the Board and <br />issued by the LEA. <br />Additional material relating to this facility should be submitted <br />to me at the above address.
