Box 2001 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Subject: Document Storage and Health and Safety Plans <br />Dear Ms Oz: <br />As a follow up to our telephone conversation of two weeks ago, we are writing to inform San <br />Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Department that Foothill will retain copies <br />of its Health and Safety Plan and Contingency Plan at the following locations in addition to the landfill: <br />1145 W. Charter Way <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />235 E. Weber Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />1810 E.
