The areas on which satisfactory native <br />grass stand exist will be demarcated by the County to clearly define them as <br />areas not to be disturbed. All other planting areas on the cap not so marked <br />will be reseeded using the steps indicated below. <br />• Apply the following amendments: <br />Organic Compost Amendment: 4 c.y./1000 s.f. <br />(Mallard creek "Nitro Plus" or approved equal) <br />NPK Fertilizer: <br />(6-20-20, Best or approved equal) 20 lbs./1000 s.f <br />These amendments shall be applied evenly over the entire surface of the area to <br />be reseeded and shall be thoroughly blended into the soil to a minimum depth <br />of 6 inches using the cultivation techniques described below (double -disk - 2 <br />passes in each of 2 directions) followed by "leveling and smoothing" with a ring - <br />roller to reduce clod size and smooth the finished surface). <br />
