This language appears to exempt SG -12 from the depth requirement. <br />have inserted the proposed regulation provisions below for ease of reference. <br />In our discussion, Michael emphasized that if data from the adjacent deeper monitoring wells <br />indicate that off-site LFG migration might be occurring, then SG -12 would need to be <br />"modified" (redrilled) to monitor the deeper depth. This seems a reasonable and prudent <br />contingency. <br />In light of this most recent regulation, I hope that CIWMB and EHD reviewers will reconsider <br />the methane migration monitoring plan for Foothill Landfill. <br />Best regards, <br />Michael Carroll <br />W.
