These revisions reflect comments in your memorandum of October 6, 2010 and comments <br /> to the Preliminary Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plan received from Michal Wochnick of <br /> the California Department of Resources, Recovery and Recycling dated October 12, 2010. Please <br /> find attached: <br /> • The Joint Technical Document(JTD)with revisions. <br /> • The text of your memorandum with inserted information identifying where the revisions were <br /> made <br /> • Updated permit application.
