Pep Boys #710 <br />waste coolant transporter's truck also has an on -board pump. Waste oil and waste coolant are <br />picked up by licensed transporters at intervals not exceeding 90 days and taken to licensed <br />recycling facilities. <br />Set forth on the following pages is an assessment of the Waste Oil Tank and Waste Coolant Tank. <br />This assessment was conducted in accordance with the requirements of California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR) Sections 66265.192 and 66265.193. This assessment addresses only the <br />requirements of Section 66365.192 for hazardous waste tank systems. It is not intended to cover <br />compliance of the system, either in design or operation, with other laws and regulations. This <br />assessment is valid for a period of five years as specified in Section 66265.192 (h). <br />In the text, the regulatory requirements are in regular font, and the response to each <br />requirement is in italics. <br />4 <br />
