Alex reported: <br />Spill occurred on 3/19/21. <br />Alex learned of the spill today, which is why he is reporting on 3/22. <br />Confirmed that 5 gallons non-PCB mineral oil spilled onto soil and concrete <br />Will email analytical lab confirming transformer oil is non-PCB detect <br />Clean up began on 3/19, but due to lack of light and rain, Dave Larsen (PG&E) <br />could not tell if complete. Dave Larsen is off today, but will return to spill site <br />tomorrow to determine if additional cleanup is needed. <br />Spill due to a leak from a rusted pad-mounted transformer. Transformer was <br />replaced. <br />No waterways were impacted. <br />one 55-gallon drum was generated from cleanup so far <br />concrete was cleaned with absorbent <br />Discussed with lead Senior Elena Manzo (EHD). <br />Generated complaint. <br />Received analytical lab for the transformer oil sample from Alex Steele via email. <br />Lab I.D. 2103097-01 PCB ppm result was non detect. <br />03/22/2021 Discussed with Lead Senior Elena Manzo (EHD).
