He didn't MURO <br />know and had not heard from Dave Larsen (PG&E). <br />Called Dave Larsen at 209-401-9719 and left message. <br />Called Alex Steele: Let him know I could not get a hold of Dave. Alex will call Dave <br />and get back to me. <br />Alex Steele called and reported that Dave initiated a USA dig notification. Cleanup <br />will be either Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. <br />Updated Lead Senior Elena Manzo. <br />Called Alex Steele. Let him know I will not be going today. Requested photo of <br />secured spill area. <br />Sent Dave Larsen a text request for photo of secured site and requested that he <br />notifies me with about one hour's notice of completion of cleanup so that I may go <br />out to verify. <br />Received photo of secured spill area from Dave Larsen via test message. The <br />pad-mounted transformer was secured with cones and caution tape. <br />Called Alex Steele. Let him know that the date of spill is 3/19 and lab report states <br />sample was taken on 3/18. Alex confirmed the correct date was 3/18 and probably <br />was documented as 3/19 since they were on-site late. <br />Completed Prop 65. Emailed Prop 65 to lead senior Elena Manzo for review. <br />03/23/2021 Discussed complaint with Lead Senior Elena Manzo (EHD). <br />Completed narrative. <br />Revised Prop 65 and resubmitted for review to E. Manzo. <br />03/23/2021 Generated a Notice to Abate. Emailed to Alex Steele at: R2Sv@pge.com <br />03/26/2021 Called Dave Larsen (PG&E) for cleanup scheduling information.
