SHE STATED THAT SHE WITNESSED WOMAN IN <br />DRIVE-THRU GIVING BACK HER BURGER BECAUSE OF SPOTS ON IT. COMPLAINANT OBSERVED EMPLOYEE <br />DISCUSS ISSUE WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHO SHRUGGED SHOULDERS AND GAVE THE SAME HAMBURGER <br />RIGHT BACK TO CUSTOMER THROUGH DRIVE THRU WINDOW. THE COMPLAINANT SAID CUSTOMER WENT <br />INSIDE AND SPOKE TO EMPLOYEE ABOUT BEING GIVEN THE SAME HAMBURGER. COMPLAINANT ORDERED A <br />DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER AND A CHICKEN NUGGETS HAPPY MEAL. WHEN SHE GOT HOME THE HAPPY MEAL <br />WAS FILLED WITH PICKLES, WHICH SHE RETURNED TO FACILITY. COMPLAINANT REQUESTS CALL BACK AFTER <br />INSPECTION. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and spoke to the managers who were not aware of the compliant. <br />Per managers, the policy is not to take returned food. <br />If food is brought to the facility the employees instruct the customer to discard or keep food. <br />Due to COVID restrictions the employees are not to handle returned food. <br />Customers that are not satisfied with food are offered a refund or a replacement. <br />I observed regular beef patties in Universal Holding Cabinets and did not observe "spots" on hamburger meat. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
