COMPLAINANT WENT HOME AND BEGAN EATING FOOD AT AROUND 12:00 <br />PM NOON. AT 1:00 PM COMPLAINANT BEGAN TO FEEL TIRED AND TOOK A 3 HOUR NAP. AFTER NAP, COMPLAINANT WAS STILL SLUGGISH. <br />AT APPROXIMATELY 7:30 PM THEY THREW EVERYTHING UP AND HAD DIARRHEAAND A SLIGHT TEMPERATURE. SYMPTOMS PERSISTED <br />FOR THE NEXT 48 HOURS. PREVIOUS TO EATING AT FACILITY, COMPLAINANTS LAST MEAL WAS CHEESECAKE WHICH WAS SHARED <br />WITH WIFE WHO HAD NO SYMPTOMS.
