COMPLAINANT WENT <br />HOME AND BEGAN EATING FOOD AT AROUND 12:00 PM NOON. AT 1:00 PM COMPLAINANT BEGAN TO FEEL <br />TIRED AND TOOK A 3 HOUR NAP. AFTER NAP, COMPLAINANT WAS STILL SLUGGISH. AT APPROXIMATELY 7:30 <br />PM THEY THREW EVERYTHING UP AND HAD DIARRHEA AND A SLIGHT TEMPERATURE. SYMPTOMS PERSISTED <br />FOR THE NEXT 48 HOURS. PREVIOUS TO EATING AT FACILITY, COMPLAINANTS LAST MEAL WAS CHEESECAKE <br />WHICH WAS SHARED WITH WIFE WHO HAD NO SYMPTOMS. THE MEAL PREVIOUS TO CHEESECAKE WAS <br />THANKSGIVING DINNER WHICH WAS ALSO SHARED VVITH WIFE WHO HAD NO SYMPTOMS. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: 3 non adjustable hand sinks, at the drive thru station, washing area and at the back area, have temp <br />below 100F. Provide 100F - 108F today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />raw meat — Cold hold — 41.000 F <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per manager, she is not aware of the complaint. No reported illness by employees. No employees working for other food <br />facilities, day care or health care facilities. Valid food handler cards are sent to inspector during my inspection. Staff <br />consuming food eaten by complainant. No out of the country traveling by employees. All food items on the cold hold have <br />temp 41F or below. All food items on the hot hold have temp at 135F or more. <br />Sanitizer buckets are set up with QUAT 200 ppm. All hand sinks are fully supplied with soap and paper towels from <br />dispensers and fully accessible. Gloves are available. I observe employees washing hands between tasks during my <br />inspection. Rest room is available and operable with hot water 100F or more soap and paper towels.
