Kris reported that Patriot Environmental was en route and ETA <br />was one hour. The leaking container was moved to a leaker pad for containment. <br />Plastic was placed under the container as containment. <br />Called Lead Senior Garrett Backus to discuss complaint. <br />07/06/2020 6:18-9:18 pm. Called Derek Smith, ER Manager, Patriot Environmental, <br />dsmith@patriotenvironmental.com, 916-347-8724. He told me the spill cleanup <br />will be completed by 7 pm. I arrived on site at about 6:50 pm and found the <br />cleanup complete. The product that spilled is approximately six gallons of 0-20W <br />motor oil from a ruptured plastic bladder in a box. A small oil spill on the concrete <br />below the trailer was cleaned up yesterday. Patriot opened the trailer today and <br />cleaned up the oil spill within the trailer. One 55-gallon container of oily solid <br />hazardous waste was generated by the cleanup. The waste container was labeled <br />and left on site.
