I tried calling you to make a payment but wasn't able to reach you. <br /> Please call me back at your earliest convenience so we can process payment. Please see below: <br /> 1. Replacement of overfill prevention equipment requires a permit be obtained and approved by EHD prior to work <br /> being conducted. Since the work has already been completed, a Failure to Obtain a Permit penalty applies (an <br /> additional $468). The permit application cannot be processed until all fees have been submitted. <br /> 9/14-Received a call saying trucks were having difficulty unloading. Showed up to site to double check the <br /> install from the original drop tube replacements. Confirmed all measurements were correct. <br /> 9/27 -Received a call saying site was still having issues.Tech inspected once again. Determined drop tubes <br /> were faulty. <br /> 10/10- Replaced drop tubes. <br /> 2. The overfill was tested on 8/30/22 with an EHD inspector present. The work order indicates a replacement was <br /> ordered on or before 9/30/22 and states "T2 has an overfill flapper that is faulty". How was it determined that <br /> the flapper was faulty? <br /> 9/27 -Received a call saying site was still having issues.Tech inspected once again. Determined drop tubes <br /> were faulty. <br /> 3. The work order lists an Order Quantity of"2 each". Were two overfill drop tubes replaced? <br /> This was just a clerical error. I confirmed only 1 drop tube was replaced,sent you an updated package with <br /> the updated work order showing only"1". Please see attached. <br /> 4. Why was the work conducted without a permit? <br /> We didn't know we needed one and had our client pressuring us to perform the work while we were trying to <br /> do our due diligence.Approved to pay any additional fees. Moving forward we will be pulling permits for drop <br /> tube replacements prior to any work performed. <br /> If you have any questions, email me or give me a call at 909-543-8904. <br />
