Immediately <br />close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />404 <br />CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to inspect hazardous waste storage areas at least weekly. <br />Hazardous waste containers are not inspected weekly. Hazardous waste container storage and transfer areas shall <br />be inspected weekly for leaking containers and for deterioration of containers and the containment system caused <br />by corrosion and other factors. Immediately begin conducting the necessary weekly inspections for all hazardous <br />waste containers at this facility. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />C ontaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br />This is only a note: ' <br />Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they <br />were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers <br />per this section. <br />Multiple empty containers seen throughout the facility but it could not be determined if the containers once held a <br />hazardous material. <br />( l <br />This is a Class II violation. �I �f� /;, V U (7 Gql C4 <br />601 <br />CCR 66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br />At time of inspection: <br />1 55g drum of used oil had a start accumulation date of 2011. <br />Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste <br />stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days.
