Zulema stated that the DVD has been in the onsite <br />hazardous waste binder since she started working at this facility about 2 -3 years ago. A Waste Management Training DVD Sign Off sheet was observed on s ite, which was <br />signed off by Zulema Ojeda, Guadalupe Morales, Leslie Sanchez, and Priscilla Williams on 1/8/18. Zulema did not have any othe r employee training records at the time of <br />inspection. <br /> <br />
