COMPLAINANT BEGAN TO FEEL <br /> NAUSEA LATE IN THE EVENING OF 1/1. IN THE EARLY MORNING OF 1/2/22, COMPLAINANT BEGAN <br /> EXPERIENCING VOMITING AND DIARRHEA AND HAS CONTINUED TO HAVE THESE SYMPTOMS AT THE TIME OF <br /> THE COMPLAINT. COMPLAINANT'S BOYFRIEND CONSUMED SHRIMP AND ALSO EXPERIENCED DIARRHEA AS <br /> WELL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The dish washer is not dispensing any sanitizer. Use the 3 comp sink to sanitize dishes until this is <br /> repaired.The dispenser for the 3 comp sanitizer is not working either.Add sanitizer manually to the 3 comp sink. The <br /> sanitizer must be at a concentration of 700 ppm acetic acid. Chlorine sanitizer test strips are not available for the dish <br /> washer. Provide by 2 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
