COMPLAINANT BEGAN TO FEEL <br />NAUSEAS LATE IN THE EVENING OF 1/1. IN THE EARLY MORNING OF 1/2/22, COMPLAINANT BEGAN <br />EXPERIENCING VOMITING AND DIARRHEA AND HAS CONTINUED TO HAVE THESE SYMPTOMS AT THE TIME OF <br />THE COMPLAINT. COMPLAINANT'S BOYFRIEND CONSUMED SHRIMP AND ALSO EXPERIENCED DIARRHEA AS <br />WELL. <br />***PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700.
