A NJ O A Q U l N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> GRANT LINE SHELL* 2375 W GRANT LINE RD,TRACY May 26, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 302 CCR 2630(d), 2641(a)Leak detection equipment not installed/maintained/located to detect leaks at earliest <br /> opportunity. <br /> OBSERVATION:W1 WPLLD communication alarm has been noted on the Designated UST Operator Visual <br /> Inspection Reports since the 11/8/2021 report until current report.W1 WPLLD is for the diesel leak detector, since it <br /> has been in alarm and not responded to,the diesel leak detector not maintained to allow leaks to be detected at the <br /> earliest opportunity. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest <br /> possible opportunity. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to ensure that any <br /> releases in the piping in the UDCs will be detected at the earliest opportunity. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 304 CCR 2631(a); HSC 25290.1(c) Failure to construct, operate, and maintain primary containment as product-tight. <br /> OBSERVATION:An active drip in the pipe above the shear valve was observed in dispenser 15/16 indicating a leak <br /> in the primary containment. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All primary containment for the UST system must be product tight. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately have a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the <br /> failed component(s), under permit and inspection of the EHD if necessary. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 305 HSC 25290.1,25290.2, 25291 Failed to maintain secondary containment(e.g.failure of secondary containment <br /> testing). <br /> OBSERVATION: The piping at dispensers 1/2, 11/12, 13/14, 15/16, 17/18, 19/20, and 21/22 does not have <br /> secondary containment.
