Legal Description of Facility: <br />Section 12 & 13, Township 2 North, Range 9, Mount Diablo Base Meridian <br />13. Findings: <br />a. This permit is consistent with the County Solid Waste Management Plan pursuant to Public Resources Code (PRC) 50000-50002. <br />b. This permit is consistent with the standards adopted by the CIWMB, pursuant to PRC section 44010. <br />c. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and <br />Disposal as determined by the LEA. <br />d. The Linden-Peters Fire Protection District has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards as <br />required in PRC section 44151. <br />e. An environmental determination (i.e. Notice of Determination) is filed with the State Clearinghouse #95012059 pursuant to PRC <br />section 21081.6 <br />f. A County-wide Integrated Waste Management Plan has not been approved by the CIWMB. <br />g. San Joaquin County Community Development Department has made a written finding that this facility is consistent with the <br />applicable general plan and is compatible with surrounding land use [as per PRC50000.5(b)]. <br />14. Prohibitions: <br />The permittee is prohibited from accepting any liquid waste, non-hazardous waste requiring special handling, asbestos, designated <br />waste, or hazardous waste unless such waste is specifically listed below, and unless the acceptance of such waste is authorized by <br />all applicable permits. <br />Tires, abandoned, vehicles, manure, stumps and logs. <br />The permittee is additionally prohibited from the following items: <br />Disposal of automotive fluids and medical wastes. Scavenging, open burning, and standing water on covered fills are prohibited. <br />15.
