Mr. Todd Del Frate -2- <br />FIRST <br />2 -FIRST SEMIANNUAL 2016 GROUNDWATER AND SURFACE WATER MONITORING REPORT, FOOTHILL <br />SANITARY LANDFILL <br />Although some concentrations slightly exceeded the tolerance limits, they are still within the <br />range of historical data. <br />One VOC (Trichloroethene) was reported in samples collected from MW -3 during the fourth <br />quarter sampling event of 2016. <br />Methane was detected in one interior soil gas well (SG -1), but below the regulatory limit for off- <br />site migration. <br />The County has installed eight (8) additional gas extraction wells at Foothill during July 2016.
