Average bid for "earthfill" in 2015 Area 2A, times 2 to take into account additional haul cost associated with cutting, loading and hauling soil needed to fill 6" of fill. Number takes into account the fact that the process will only be done once over the 30 year period. Thus the total cost of soil placement is divided by 30 years to take into account how much it is going to cost annually. Apportioned based on closure area of LF -2 vs. the combined landfill closure area. 2. Average bid for "hydroseed" unit price in 2015 for Area 2A. Number takes into account the hydroseeding of the entire surface in 30 -year postclosure. This number also takes into account that on LF -1 only 8 acres will need to be hydroseeded because the remainder is reflected in the LF -2 costs. 3. Based on 2015 County contract w/ Barajas Landscaping Inc.This number takes into account the fact that only part of LF -1 that will need to be mowed would be the top 8 acres. The remainder is reflected in the LF -2 costs. Apportioned based on closure area of LF -2 vs. the combined landfill closure area. LEACHATE COLLECTION 4. Based on contract current in 2016 (SCS). 5.
