Load checks are also conducted in the <br /> operation. (2)At the San Joaquin County, Dept. of Public Works Offices in the City of Stockton-CalRecycle staff and <br /> the LEA reviewed the tonnage and traffic volume records, all of which showed that the receipts were within the permitted <br /> limits. We also reviewed the results of the operator's 1 st Quarter 2014 LFG monitoring program (completed January 28, <br /> 2014), and showed methane gas levels in the monitoring probes were all at 0.00%. <br /> PERMIT REVIEW: <br /> The next LEA established five year permit review for the landfill is due to CalRecycle on October 24, 2015. <br /> CLOSURE AND POSTCLOSURE MAINTENANCE PLAN (CPCMP): <br /> The CalRecycle SWIS database indicates that the facility has a preliminary CPCMP,which was approved by CalRecycle <br /> on March 12, 2011 (LEA approved on 11/8/2010). The next required submittal to CalRecycle for the updates to the <br /> CPCMP is on October 24, 2015, along with the application for the five year permit review. <br /> NON-WATER CORRECTIVE ACTION COST ESTIMATE: <br /> As required in 27 CCR, Section 22101, the required submittal to CalRecycle of the cost estimate for non-water release <br /> corrective action is on October 24, 2015, along with the submittal for the five year permit review and CPCMP. <br />
