He will be onsite Monday 1/17 to measure for the rig specifications to make sure <br /> we can complete the borings as outlined below. The sonic rig is what has been recommended to us by the drilling SMEs <br /> because it can get through pea rock if encountered and the tank pad if necessary,this rig has a maximum angle of 45 <br /> degrees. We have increased our sample volume based on the requirement when a tank pad is present. We are proposing <br /> 6 soil samples and 3 GW samples around the UST abandoned in place. We will also complete the one remaining P-4 <br /> boring. We have our bids out to vendors and expect to have the vendor quotes tomorrow,following evaluation of the <br /> bids we will schedule the drilling date.
