The data from P1, <br /> P2 and P3 is found in the attached laboratory report,J82182-1 LIDS Level Report Final. Sample locations are shown on the <br /> drawing labeled November 2021 Piping Sample Diagram. Within the report detections of petroleum hydrocarbons are found <br /> in the samples from beneath the closed-in-place pipeline. These concentrations indicate a weathered historic release at <br /> the pipeline evidenced by the findings with limited benzene and presence of naphthalene. WPI has a groundwater <br /> monitoring well in the area of the pipeline,MW-13R,we provided the cumulative GW data from this well to <br /> demonstrate the overall decrease in concentrations at this point indicating that the detections found under the pipeline <br /> do not represent a new release. We also provided a Plot showing the benzene concentrations found in groundwater at <br /> the location which is a figure we provide the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board semi-annually. <br /> 4 <br />
