WPI has compared the soil concentrations found in the data set to the Low Threat Closure Policy for direct contact <br /> soils: https://www.waterboards.ca.gov/board decisions/adopted orders/resolutions/2012/rs2012 0016atta.pdf <br /> Benzene(5-10 feet Commercial)-allowed 12 mg/kg,detection ND<.330 mg/kg <br /> Ethylbenzene(5-10 feet Commercial)-allowed 134 mg/kg,detection 1.9 mg/kg <br /> Naphthalene(5-10 feet Commercial)-allowed 45 mgk/kg,detection 1.5 mg/kg <br /> The concentrations found are below the direct contact values listed in the Policy,this demonstrates that they have no <br /> significant risk of adversely affecting human health as stated in the Policy. In addition,the location is currently in an <br /> approved Monitoring and Reporting Program with the CENTRAL VALLEY RWQCB (REGION 5S) (LEAD)-CASE#: <br /> 390247,under the management of Geoffrey Rader.
